Public Service Announcement about Smoke Detectors

PSA @ SMOKE DETECTORS
Cape Ann Handywoman is issuing a Public Service Announcement.
Every fall around Daylight Savings Time (aka when we change our clocks) check your detectors and test them. If more than 10-years old, replace it.
If you have a very old detector like this one, replace it IMMEDIATELY.
(Honestly it’s one of the oldest I’ve ever seen!)

    This is the way to wake to safety of all including the residence great PSA also time to check out furnaces for the hidden danger’s time of the season to check these items off the checklist! Includes venting for wood and pellet stoves fire places…cleaning time every year before the use picks up!) Gloucester Fire Department has loads of advice here also! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
