Old friends are part of you, they are the reason you are who you are, memories shared, good times and bad, between you lie a pair of lives intertwined in such a way that if you pull a string from one, the other will unravel. You are like the ends of a book containing everything experienced by two people. Two people that won’t last forever, but at least, as long you lasted, you lasted together. Really, as content as an ending can be. A good book I think.”
