According to plaque on the boulevard it is called Stacy Esplanade.

Stacy Boulevard is so beautiful, thanks to Generous Gardeners for keeping it looking great.

  2. Beautiful places bring out the beautiful community members and so right about the Generous Gardeners green thumbs, along with other community team members keep it that way. Look how far this waterfront has come I for one can say leaped in to the future big time while some aspects of it remain close to the same with some TLC!
