Join the League of Women Voters of Cape Ann at the forum for City Council Candidates (At-Large and Ward 2). Oct. 18 (Wed.) at 7 PM at Sawyer Free Library. It is free and open to the public.Candidates will be introduced by Gloucester High School Students.
