The Gloucester High school sailing team had a chalk talk led by coach Gordon Bird there last night. In the off season which runs from Halloween to mid March we meet once a month with the students. What you saw was our group using our digs on the ground floor and Schooner Adventure people using the upper floors. We were discussing how to detect and react to wind shifts, which side of particular legs to pick in team racing etc.
