Never forget that horrible day September 11, 2001

This morning at Gloucester Central Fire Station there was a service remembering September 11, 2001 and a reception at Gloucester’s City Hall.  A woman named Patrice Schaffer made an incredible quilt and her brother-in-law, Daniel who lives in Gloucester, is a survivor September 11, 2001.  He told me he walked down 74 flights of stairs and was able to survive.  Here are a couple of photos from this beautiful memorial service.

  1. God Bless Dan and Brenda Leahy. Dan was also in the bomb in the world trade center in 1993. Bless Patrice Schaffer for making the quilt for Dan and everyone who enjoy the meaning for the last 15 years. God Bless AMERICA. LOve to all three

The character for “crisis” in Chinese represents both danger and opportunity. Should we only look for the danger? “They” become “Us” if we only allow it.
