Every year for more years than I can count, we go to the Topsfield Fair. Nothing changes but it is always fun. Love the animals and touch them all and end up with puffy eyes, hives and wheezing lungs; but so worth it.

I loved the Topsfield fair in my younger days. My cousin Denny Currier and I would go with my Grandfather, Ralph Currier.
Grandpa Currier liked to pitch dimes into the saucers and win boxes of cigars. Denny and me had to haul the boxes of cigars back to Grandpa’s truck. Denny and me got caught trying to look under the big tent for Sally Rand. Ah well that’s the Good Ole Days…
