Hi Donna: The Kenneth J Duncan was named after Kenny Duncan, owner of the popular restaurant/bar “Maddies Sail Loft” on state street in Marblehead. The original founder/ owner of “Maddies” was Madison Putnam, a buddy of my dads growing up in Marblehead in the 1940’s. I believe Manfred Porter, a Marbleheader, now owns and fishes the Kenneth Duncan, out of Gloucester, Just FYI Lois B
