Great picture Donna ! When I was without bad disks lumbar be all over this, now L-3, L-4 tell me be careful, went bad in 2005! I still push the envelope and sometimes get lucky and when not well hurts to much when hit hard the shooting pain. Now if I can just get that Mr. Spock thing down from Star Trek mind-melt not and issue 🙂 Dave
