Cool, I have been to Kobe a few time, very nice city. Check out the preserved earth quake damage, and note the unbelievable cleanliness of the propane fueled taxi cabs.

Great city. Spent a month there in 2006 building an organ at the University Chapel on the man-made island out in the bay. I recommend the hike up over Rokko mountain to the beautiful shrines and onsen of Arima. Also Tokyu Hands in Sannomiya.
