I’ have said blue grosbeak (because of the beak) but not with that black head! Not a bluebird either. What is it?

My guess is Indigo Bunting. The blue color of the Bunting is actually iridescence and not pigment. My understanding is that the bunting is actually a black bird, and the blue that we see is sunlight refracted from the birds’ feathers.
