  1. The question is, do the new Cape Pond Ice pumpkin Halloween t’s at Gloucester City Hall look like a Jack’oLantern with a Red Sox beard, or with spooky Dry Ice smoke spilling out… Or both, depending on if you got any sleep last night.?
