Well you certainly can’t blame the dogs, and it sounded like he was throwing bottles at them. I’d say he got what he was asking for. I just couldn’t understand why they were attacking the dogs in the first place.

Looks like Egypt — in the last frame I thought I saw a guy in a dishdasha.

Maybe the guy in yellow is police and the crowd is protesting his being there? Though he doesn’t have nearly enough control over them as he should if they are police dogs.
Also notice the woman at :33 pulling the guy on the sidewalk away from picking up something to hurl. She might have saved him from being mauled, too!

Good for the dogs, they can bite what they can chew. but then, they know they would not like the taste in this case .

Really? This is clearly a demonstration and the dogs are being deployed as crowd control. And this kind of like a snuff film. Why is it on this blog?

This piece was featured in Moroccan newspapers. The man did indeed launch an unprovoked attack merely because of the presence of these dogs. Ultimately he deserved what he got, the owner kicking him was just using his position as leader of the pack to gain control.
