The dedication of the Harriet Susan Webster Pier at Maritime Gloucester was a wonderful event with reminiscences from friends and colleagues from her days as member of the School Committee, City Councilor, Exec Director of Maritime Gloucester, grandmother, wife and friend. Happy Birthday, Harriet.
