Rustic Pot Roast Pot Pies
Something quick and easy for all you fellow non Foodies out there.
It looks good anyways!
INGREDIENTS

can (18.5 oz) Progresso® Rich & Hearty beef pot roast with country vegetables soup
1/2
cup stout beer
3/4
cup plain mashed potato mix (dry)
1
box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
2
cups prepared mashed potatoes
1
egg, beaten

It does look delish and much simpler than most of Felicia’s recipes. Maybe I’ll try this and bring it for Mug Up Sunday if it comes out ok, but I think I’ll use real potatoes and skip the stout.

I like the rustic pie idea I would make this using my own left over pot roast and real mashed potatoes, still use the Pillsbury crust. My pot roast has lots of red wine in it so id skip the stout.
