I’ve cooked and eaten every type of seafood we caught; from Maine to the New Jersey Coast, only two types were no good to eat. There was this small redish goldfish thing that was caught in our drag in 160 fms off the coast of New York that was totally bland. The out was the Lumpfish, noew the eggs are a good cheap carivera, it is a very grisal bound fish with a chunck of meat under the hump; while tring to pan sear said meat producted much oil and and foul smells; had to throw
pan and all overboard ,very bad . But other than those two
99.99% of our seafood when cooked right is Great!
