Here are the seagulls at i4c2 after everyone left.
Also, if you go there early in the morning, you’ll see them!
A lot of them cleaning/picking up the place.
We need a birder to tell us why they are doing this…

I first thought that the sea gulls were looking for earthworms like they do at Burnhams Field. But it looks like they have bits of hay for their nesting material. It’s my guess.

yup, they’re nesting. They fly right across the street to my Duncan Street office, land on the roof and start building that nest. !4C2 sure beats some of the venues they’ve been working!

Nesting. Interesting. It’s a little late in the breeding season, isn’t it? But then seagulls are not renowned for their IQ. I also think that they’re busy on newly exposed I2C4 because they are scavengers at heart and the beautiful cleanup there has exposed all sorts of fresh goodies. (They sure were mad when Gloucester closed the dump!)
