“What’s new at 222”
Mark your calendars! 222 Arts & Wellness Center’s 2nd Annual Flea Market extravaganza being held on June 5th from 9-4. We have so many wonderful items…everything INCLUDING a kitchen sink! Please call if you would like a table. This year, in addition to our property wide Flea Market, experience free demos of favorite treatment options, including classes such as “Relax ‘n’ Lengthen” w/ Margi Green, “Yoga w/Deb” w/ Deb Shapiro, and Danette Verga’s new “Pilates mat class”….all while Pam O’Donnell offers individual “Reconnective Healing” treatments and our massage therapists offer free chair massage. Note: Deb, could you also include the schedule for the free demos? They will be held from 12:30-3pm every half hour for you folks and please add in a half hour for Danette’s class (starting with Pam’s intro talk from 12-12:30 and every fifteen minutes, starting at 12:30 for Pam’s. If you want me to create that and then send it to you, let me know.

First Aid, CPR and AED classes and recerts now available @ 222 Arts & Wellness Center, 222 Eastern Ave., Gloucester 978-281-6222. (we can also recertify you from a current Red Cross certification) A must have for babysitters, life guards, boating enthusiasts, grandparents/ new parents, massage therapists, exercise and sport instructors, medical staff, factory and corporate workers, etc. (OSHA compliant)
Note :Business owners, for groups of 8 or more, we can come to you and provide on-site instruction and certification to your employees.
Curriculum provided by Emergency Care and Safety institute and developed by the American College of Emergency Physicians and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, one of the oldest and most trusted leaders in emergency medicine.
No written exams. $35 per class includes book and certification card.
