Seems like a whole lot of work for not a whole lot of meat. But people line up for em so there must be something to it.
I’m thinking that it’s the “Slap Ya Mama” seasoning that must take them over the top

Not much meat on those blue crabs but that is why you sit at a table covered with newspaper with 30 of these all piled in the middle covered with salty seasoning salt so you get so thirsty the table has to have four pitchers of beer per half hour.
