  1. It would be cool to see that space be mixed use. Commercial but also get an L-Street Bathouse in there. I went swimming last week and I could of used a sauna. 😉

    To bad you all aren’t over in Rockport. The Cape Ann Tool Company would already be a row of ugly condos except for the crappy economy. Wait until they are full and they start complaining of the fishy smell from the lobster boats in Pigeon Cove …

    Too bad they could not rip out the bad and make it commercial and public space.
