Just say never. I dont have the patience to deal with the slow process of government. I have a ton of respect for those who do and take their jobs seriously even though they have to make decisions all the time in which there may not be perfect solutions.
When you’re mayor you inevitably are going to piss off 50% of the people with every decision you make. God I’d hate to have to deal with that.
I’d rather make an impact doing the things that I know I can control rather than the shit storms that local politicians are forced to deal with in which there are no perfect solutions.
They have it tough, especially with the budget constraints they are forced to work with.
