want a hint to get rid of them ? (not hurt) . get a bottle of liquid garlic and sprinkle it (quite a bit ) on top of the garbage can lid and all around the bottom of the cans. they do not like that smell after a few times of coming their and smelling it the will take your cans off their daily route. tobasco sauce around the base of the cans will usally work also. (or) put a jar of peanut butter (un-open) and sit back and laugh watching them eat it . we had moutian lions in our trash a few weeks ago , perhaps a little worse than racoons? any how we put tobasco sauce all around the cand and bye bye big cats.

Use bungee cords to keep the lid on your trash cans, they are raccoon proof unless they team up and work together.
Yup, raccoons LOVE pumpkins. A friend and I raised some orphan ones and we gave them a pumpkin to play with around Halloween. They went crazy with it.

Oh my God Joey. I can’t stop laughing. I’m getting pains on my side. Wait a minute. I think I’m under control now. I’ve got a picture of Capt. Jack Sparrow above me and he’s looking at me kind of funny. When I finished writting that (story) above, I just started laughing out loud because it oh oh here I go again. Ouch, it hurts. I can’t stop laughing. Anyway, it looks so long that I just started laughing. Joey, do you think anyone out there thinks I’m off my rocker?
