Machaca is looking to add a Barback to our team! 🌮🍹
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and hardworking
• Fast-paced and able to work with urgency
• Organized and attentive
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• A strong team player
• Available nights and weekends
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
Responsibilities include:
• Keeping the bar stocked and organized
• Restocking beer, liquor, ice and bar supplies
• Washing and putting away glassware
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Supporting bartenders throughout service
• Running food and assisting the FOH team as needed
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position and a great opportunity to gain experience working behind a busy bar.
