My dad knew a Joe Geary. Went to Gloucester high school with him. Class of 43. His Dad was a carpenter and boat builder. It must be his Dad given the date. The son died last year. His obituary is on legacy.com Maybe can trace things from the info in there.

His son Joe F Geary was a friend of my Dad’s. His dad was a carpenter and boat builder. Must be him- the dates are about right. Joe F passed away last year. Found his obituary on legacy.com search for Joseph F Geary Gloucester. Might find more info there to trace back to his Dad.

And then, perhaps, Joe and Art Geary were two of the older brothers of Harold Bernard Geary [1897-1968], Director of the Gloucester Vocational School at Gloucester High.
