Looking TJ good TJ, I wish my uniform still fit that well. As to the ribbons, he served and performed well. A couple expert marksman awards, a couple achievement medals, three good conduct awards, a few various ones showing he served during various conflicts. I think the top left one is meretorious service medal

The silver one at bottom shows hes a qualified boat coxswain, but we knew that. Top silver one could be surfman qualified, or for shipboard service, looks a bit different from my days
