About us:
Twin Light Smoke house was established in June 2020. We are local run smokehouse with a team born and raised on Cape Ann who share a passion for supporting local, the ocean and great food!
We are a division of Cape Ann Fresh Catch, the largest community supported fishery in the US. Our goals are intertwined, we aim to provide the freshest, tastiest, sustainable seafood available.
We have a great team and a great smoking teacher. Paul “Sasquatch” Cohan, the founder of Sasquatch smokehouse, is our friend and mentor. We also continue the Sasquatch brand through our smokehouse.
