It is with great regret that we must announce the cancellation of the 2020 Magnolia Road Race Classic. Back in April, we still held out hope that the 44th running could still take place. As you well know, that optimism has given way to our current reality.
The Magnolia Race Committee thanks you again for your past support of our race and the 100% proceeds that assist our great community center. It would be much appreciated if you might still make a donation to the Magnolia Library. The center obviously cannot currently be rented out, thereby depriving yet another revenue stream for its survival. We are asking that you donate the $25 that normally would have been spent on the race registration. Here is the Link . The race course is still open and as beautiful as ever. Please come to Magnolia and have a socially distanced run! The new pier is spectacular and even more of Shore Road has been repaved. It is our absolute goal to resume the 44th running in August 2021.
