Effective January 1, 2019, Smoking Ban for All Gloucester Public Parks and Beaches
January 1, 2019 will mark a fresh beginning for all Gloucester public parks and beaches as they become “SMOKE FREE.” The City of Gloucester’s Board of Health voted to amend their Smoking Regulations in October of this year to better protect the environment and health of the City’s residents and its visitors by eliminating all vaping and smoking on public beaches and parks. No smoking signs will be posted accordingly throughout the City.
