Really? You’re in that much of a rush? It’s not even a damn space dude!! And look at the lady trying to figure out what the hell. And yes, there were PLENTY of spaces, just not as close to the entrance. Unreal.

A needed post for sure! I can say the handicap violation is a pretty hefty fine or tow!!…and illegally parked in a “Access Aisle” yep yellow stripped line for a reason next to handicap wheel chair etc…I have even seen two different plates on vehicles! The most common excuse too: You were “only going to be there for a minute…just needed to run in and grab something real quick from the store.”
Those spaces are for handicapped folks to do their shopping – ‘just running in to pick up a couple of things” is a much bigger challenge when you have to work hard to park, get your body out to a standing position, get your cane/walker/crutches/WC in position, and start making your way in to the store. What’s easy for those of us able bodied people is harder for handicapped people – every single action in an ordinary day takes more thought/energy/problemsolving. Be glad you can afford such a fancy truck and park it out on the edges of the parking lot – and be glad you are able to WALK wherever you want or need to go!
Yup. See this allll the time around here.

I see it everywhere,,,,even have seen some people with handicap placards do the same thing so it’s just not those that are not handicapped,,

The reason I go to Stop & Shop is less people.
The groceries cost more but the lack of crowds is delightful.

Like Dad used to say, “there are more horses asses in the world than there are horses!”
