Think we know why they were out at eastern point and possibly other locations- around the cape looks like some lift action there on deck Harbor buoys – Fog Horns warning devices to keep vessels safe! I could be wrong didn’t take my vitamin (A) yet 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
