The Sargent House Museum invites you to attend our Free Back to School Internship Day on Friday, August 25, 2017, from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. While the event is free to the public, donations are encouraged in order to support our Summer High School Internship Program in the hopes of expanding the program in the future.
Unlike our traditional tours, the Back to School Internship Day is an opportunity for the public to explore the house at their leisure while our interns educate visitors in each room. The Summer High School Internship Program provided students with an opportunity to explore the life, times, writings, and home of Judith Sargent Murray, a pioneering advocate of women’s education and equality.
