Kayaking around Magnolia Harbor on Saturday went over to Black Beach and the light on the Hiram Walker spoke to me.

      1. One them real bight orange or yellow ones can be see from above or land! And with technology these days can even get a GPS tracker if activated during emergency or through a powered on cell phone(?)…
