Such a beautiful schooner! My husband got some great photos of the Green Dragon at 2016 Schooner Festival; they’ll be on display at the Lone Gull coffee shop this September. Love seeing all the schooners sailing in Gloucester Harbor.
Hi Greg — actually we’re coming out, and will be on the hard until around the 14th. The winter cover came off last Monday night. We have an unfinished deck project underway – new cypress deck planks went in last weekend. The deck is yet to be caulked. It was nice doing that under the shrink wrap but we need to haul and refinish the topsides before Sail Boston on June 17th. That is way too early for us. We generally feel it’s a good year if we get in commission by the Fourth of July.
