IMHO The best antidote is go out and do something positive. Not this feel good “March-y” stuff but real direct postitive action: cook a meal to serve at at the homeless shelter, go visit someone who’s alone in a nursing home, foster a homeless animal, pick up dog poop on the boulevard, buy only American made and local products, have diaper drive. Your personal actions can make the world a better place.

Mary makes a great point. I agree, it’s going to take both to keep our society moving forward to prevent it from spiraling backward out of control.
