Good Morning Gloucester 
These can be very difficult with time lapse…Does he have a cell phone on him or any credit cards? And bags or clothing missing for house? I sure hope they can find him especially if a medical alert…Pictures of tattoo’s and locations especially visible areas. Is this classified as active or cold case due to time lapse?
