I got caught in that puppy while out paddle boarding. Thunder and lightning flashing around me in the pouring rain as I raced across Smith Cove to reach the dock, and then heavy rain, flooded road and wind as I struggled to get the board back to its home base. It was wild – and fun!
Yes it does look like a biggie looming and riders on the storm for sure to get in feel it in the air and view…Glad you got in quick EJ these can be a challenge! It also brings a whole new meaning to a wet noodle coming out of smith cove adapt and overcome as quickly as possible… Dave & Kim)
