Great Donna. I thought the same thing. But didn’t want to post it. Maybe they should move it lower. 🙂
I’ve been thinking the same thing every time I drive past .I think she feels insulted ! Whoever is in charge of decorating the statues needs to move it. I can’t remember where it has been in the past.
