The Emerald Forest is full and flowing over. Perhaps more trees will help not pavement. That is why they called it the Great Harbor Swamp and Maplewood Ave. the floating road. Save the trees and keep the flooding down. Of course the fact that the drains are full with dirt and small trees doesn’t help either. Get your kayaks out.
