Grilled Steak Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups thinly cut strips grilled steak(I used leftover thin cut Delmonico grilled steak)

11/2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/2 cup thinly sliced red pepper

1/4 cup fresh parsley; roughly chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon red crushed pepper flakes

Step-by-Step

1 combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl; toss well

2 transfer to airtight container; chill in refrigerator overnight; remove from refrigerator 15-20 minutes before serving
