Good Harbor Beach Neighborhood

Good Harbor Beach as it looked in 1939. The houses and the bridge are pretty much the same. The snow - well warmer weather is around the corner. Donna Ardizonni was talking about her desire to go to the beach when it warms up. I hope she's patient!

  1. Excellent post – Thanks Fred!:-) I talk many times to my mother and glean the history she has a cyoung child that way…Saturday she told me this on the phone. As a youth child went to “Bradstreet Elementary School Bayview 1937-1943” grades 1st-2nd-3rd grades first floor. Second floor was 4th-5th-6th grades, her teacher was Mary Bergstrom and Carrie Sargent taught also old wood stove during winter or coal?
