I will take a wild guess and say Bearskin Neck by Bradley Wharf . That looks like Waddell’s boat yard. I’m nowhere near old enough to to remember but it all looks familiar.

PV’s wild guess is correct on three counts: Bearskin Neck, Bradley Wharf, and Waddell’s boat yard. The Yellow Bowl was a Tea House, and the building is still there.

The stairs look like concrete. I believe they’re still there.

Structure appears to be the houses of this era – 1920-1930’s – before my time on earth many were still standing tall in the 60’s…:-)
