There was once a trolley bridge going across Good Harbor. That must have taken more ob a beating than the foot bridge but it seemed to have worked and was crossable even when I was a kid back in the 1960s. Maybe we should find out how that one was made so sturdy. Perhaps the footbridge should be located in another place where it wouldn’t wash away so often if a place exist nearby that has a shallow bedrock shelf. It makes sense to look at it.
