Tool for installing decking — the jaws at the far end grab a joist and allow you leverage to straighten a warped board as you install it. I think. I was wishing I had one of these when I was building my deck last year!

Robin — The former guess would be an unauthorized use. Exceptions would be allowed in the case of bike thieves and dogtown vandals. The latter guess would be a bonus but not the purpose for which it was designed.
