I'm Marty Luster, a retired attorney and politician. In 2010 my wife, mother-in-law, dog and I relocated from Central NY to Gloucester. I hope my photographs and poetry(?) reflect my love for this place and her people. My picture-poem posts can be seen at http://matchedpairs.wordpress.com and selected black and white images can be found at http://slicesoflifeimages.wordpress.com View all posts by Marty Luster

After using various carriers, including UPS, I swear by USPS Priority Mail. Unless it’s a large package (photo), it’s the best deal and the handling is superior. Never had any damage or loss (knock on wood). Oversize boxes go to David Rome at ESP to ship much cheaper with FedEx http://www.easyshipandpack.com/. The only incident with the USPS was inflicted on my ebay expert, George at Gabrielle’s on Main Street, when an expensive camera was shipped to Virginia. The local post office said it was in the back room waiting for pickup, when it was actually on the recipient’s side porch for days in the pouring rain. His wife eventually found it, undamaged, when she let the dog out. Marty, did you pay extra for delivery to Gloucester before it even arrived in Arlington, Virginia, USA? Very funny, and I hope you get it!
