You went away and left me long time ago
And now you’re knocking on my window
I hear you knocking
But you can’t come in
I hear you knocking
Go back where you’ve been

Hi Linda, glad to hear it. A giggle in the morning is the best way to start your day.

I had a siamese cat and a window just like that next to my bed in high school. Sammy would knock on the window in the middle of the night. I would have to check and make sure she was not bringing me a gift of a baby squirrel or a blue jay. One live baby squirrel under my bed was enough.

And I had a pet baby squirrel in high school. His name was Oscar and he went everywhere with me, including to school in my bag. One day he got out and ran up the aisle toward the teacher’s desk and she totally freaked out. I couldn’t bring him to school with me after that. He loved to sit on my shoulder and eat butter.
