the GDT article the appeared weeks ago, indicated that what Davis and company had under agreement was for more than the just the Birdseye property. it will be interesting to see how things evolve, that said anyone who has played the game Monopoly in their lives knows that one needs to own all properties of the same color before houses and hotels can be built, and Mac had already owned a significant number of properties there before he purchased the Birdseye property….therefore when bundled together greater value is present. r
