Spring Photo Appeal
We try to keep the slide show on the City website appropriate to the time of year, so we are looking for pictures that reflect the theme of ‘Spring’. If you have any pictures that you think would be suitable and are willing to donate to the City please send them to photos@gloucester-ma.gov. Please note the legal terms below, and thank you for helping us to keep the site interesting for visitors.
The donor, by donating or placing its photographs on the web page, certifies that he/she has the right to distribute the photos and grants to the City of Gloucester a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, exploit, adopt, modify, reproduce, distribute publicly display in any form now known or later developed.
The donor waives any right to inspect or to approve any work that may be created using the materials and waive any claim with respect to the eventual use to which the materials may be applied. The donor understands and agrees that the City of Gloucester is and shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in the works and any commercial informational, educations advertising, or promotional materials containing the materials.
