  1. Yesterday I took my 4-year-old son to watch David, Dan, Ed and Russell build the lobster trap tree. It was cold and the guys were hard at work, lifting heavy traps 20 and 30 feet in the air. They could have been at home with family and friends or watching football but instead gave up their weekend to add to the festive holiday spirit for the rest of us. It’s another example of the community spirit that makes Gloucester a great place to live. So thanks to David, Dan, Ed, Russell and all the volunteers who built this year’s lobster trap tree!

  2. The tree looks great – I love the new star! I wish the tree could be lit in time for ladies night this Thursday (12/2). Great job ~ thank you!
