Another beautiful beach day

May favorite and happy place is the beach.  Love the salt water on my skin and hair.  It is very healing and brings down your blood pressure.

 

A summer day at Wingaersheek Beach

On Wednesday went to Wingaersheek Beach in the afternoon.  The weather was fantastic, and swimming so delightful.  Thank you, city of Gloucester, for the access ramps to help all visitors enjoy our beautiful beaches.

Out on the Schooner Lannon

On Sunday, Rick and I were on The Lannon, which never disappoints.  The views were beautiful.  The Ardelle after the Bunker Hill Battle, went out sailing.  Gorgeous skies and sparkling ocean.

On Monday the skies were clear and blue.  Walking to Magnolia Pier and sitting on float was delightful.   The houses on the shore add to the view.

Another foggy and rainy Saturday

Crazy as it sounds, I like the fog.  The air is always briny, and the fog feels good on my skin. Magnolia Pier looks mysterious in the fog,

Before going to my shift at the Visitors’ Center on Tuesday, love to walk the Boulevard.

Maritime Gloucester

On Friday afternoon took a walk around Maritime Gloucester.  The light and reflections were very pretty.  We are so lucky to live here.

Solar light in the backyard

Rick and I decided to get some solar lights for the back yard.  We like our they look.  No electricity needed, just the sun.

More signs of summer

Went to the beach late Wednesday afternoon and saw a familiar sight.  The moorings are going back in at Magnolia Harbor.  Love the dog on the boat.

A visit to Appleton Farms

On Saturday, we went to over to Appleton Farms, Ipswich.  Appleton Farms has a great farm store and lots of walking trails.  The farms is getting ready for fresh veggies.  The cows and goats were out and there is always something to do.
