Pork Butt Lobster Bait Experiment

I had a pork butt that I just didn’t get a chance to put on teh smoker for pulled pork sandwiches so Captain Chris Orsillo aboard the Lobster Boat Trapper John agreed to use it for bait and report back on the results. Here it is getting put into the trap on Friday,

I had a pork butt that I just didn’t get a chance to put on teh smoker for pulled pork sandwiches so Captain Chris Orsillo aboard the Lobster Boat Trapper John agreed to use it for bait and report back on the results.

Here it is getting put into the trap on Friday.

As soon as he hauls the trap again we will report if it caught any lobsters and how many were caught.

Topside Grill A Refreshing Break

We just needed someplace to cool off and have a snack between events recently. We had not been to the Topside Grill on Rogers St in quite a while, so we stopped there for respite. We had drinks and appetizers to hold us over until dinner later. Jim had potato skins and I had the bacon wrapped scallops. We sat at the bar and Tyler provided great service. We’ll be back!
